This is an update on the jackets! The production is complete and my supplier will ship them tomorrow! This means fulfillment for all preorder items will start earliest by the end of this week! Because I run this brand by myself, please be patient. I will ship out in batches of 50 orders each day in the order I received the orders. This is super important. I pride myself in having a self funding brand. It was not like this from the beginning and I had not had to rely on preorders for years; this was an outlying case as I did not initially order a lot for my first batch of jackets and was not expecting such a great reception for my first jacket design. In the future, I will not have preorders for jackets and will try to prepare a better inventory so something like this will not happen again. Also another big reason I never want to do preorders again is because a lot people did not understand what a preorder was and got angry at me for trying to scam them EVEN THOUGH i wrote everything on the product page including when to expect delivery. π The easiest I can explain is, preorders are like a kickstarter; you pledge the money to fund the production of an item and then you receive the fulfilled order at a later date.
