RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final! 

Our return policy only applies to apparel items for size exchanges for domestic (US) orders only. Within 20 days of receiving the order, please contact us to see if you are eligible for an exchange. Enter your order number and email number associated with the order to see your eligibility.

Items must be in unwashed, unaltered and in the same bought condition.

Misprint, Last Chance and Clearance items are final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date.

If the order has not been shipped and you want to exchange a size, we can edit the order prior to it being fulfilled.

If the order has been shipped already, we will need the item to be returned to us prior to the exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees regarding the exchange!

Are there any discounts or sales?

KINWAMONSTER sometimes will have discount codes and special promotion sales; please check this post regarding current promotions.

Please note that we will not be able to refund you after the fact for orders that forget to input a discount code.

FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING: When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

PAYMENT: I have tried multiple times but my payment will not go through!!!

If you do not receive a confirmation screen after submitting payment at checkout, please do not continue. This mostly means my bank's merchant processor has declined your payment. We suggest using another credit/debit card or a different form of payment method. Any declined payments will return automatically to your account within a few business days.


If you have any concerns of whether or not a payment was received or declined, please email support@kinwamonster.com! We will be able to pull up the information on our dashboard and verify this information for you!

SHIPPING: The tracking number said my order was "Returned to Sender." What do I do?

If your order was returned to KINWAMONSTER due to a shipping address error, you must pay the shipping fee again and provide an accurate shipping address for the order to be reshipped to you. Please email KINWAMONSTER and you will be invoiced accordingly.

SHIPPING: How do I check the status of my order?


After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

SHIPPING: Tracking number says the package was "delivered" but I never received my order.

Please note that KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for any packages lost in transit delivered through United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other third parties!

KINWAMONSTER cannot replace or offer a refund for lost orders.

 Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced.

For international orders, please check first to see if USPS/DHL delivers to your country before ordering. If you suspect your package has been misplaced, please contact your local post office first because KINWAMONSTER does not have any jurisdiction outside of the United States.

INTERNATIONAL: I do not see my country listed for international fulfillment.

Please email KINWAMONSTER to request your country to be added to the international country list beacuse country rates are invidually approved via DHL!

Countries I cannot ship to: BRAZIL*, the EU** and UNITED KINGDOM***.

*KINWAMONSTER does not have the proper documentation needed to ship to BRAZIL using DHL.

**As of July 1st, 2021, KINWAMONSTER will not be shipping to the EU due to the new VAT policy.

***As of January 2021, I will not be shipping to United Kingdom due to new VAT policy.

INTERNATIONAL: Do I have to pay customs tax?

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

INTERNATIONAL: Why is DHL Worldwide Express so expensive?

DHL determines its international rates and these rates fluctuate due to air fuel cost and other factors.

KINWAMONSTER does offer a 15% off discount for international orders that total $90USD and up!

ORDER: I did not receive an order confirmation email!

Please check your spam or promotions folders for a confirmation email.

If you did not receive one, please email us at support@kinwamonster.com with your full name and a list of the items ordered and we will resend an email confirmation to you! 

ORDER: I forgot to put my apartment number on my order!

Please make sure to put a valid complete shipping address when you order to ensure delivery to the final destination!

Please email the full correct shipping address to support@kinwamonster@gmail.com! As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we can add the information for you on your order. We usually will try to reach out beforehand if the address looks incomplete!

ORDER: I received my order but there was a mistake / I need to exchange an item!

Please email us immediately with your order number so we can assist you! We will do our best to quickly resolve the mistake!

STORE: The item I want is out of stock!

A restock will most likely be coming! To be personally notified first about restock, click on the out of stock item or size, and a pop up will appear on the side. Click on it, enter your email, and you will be the first to know when the item gets back in stock! Please note that any item labeled as "LAST CHANCE" is unfortunately discontinued and will not be restocked.

How do I wash and take care of the apparel?

Please view the Wash Care Guide for apparel specifications. Apparel will usually have a laundry care tag attached.

CONVENTION: Which conventions will you be attending?

Please check the EVENTS tab for list of conventions that KINWAMONSTER will be attending. Convention catalogs will be available to view for each convention as well.
