All sales are final.
Our return policy only applies to apparel items for size exchanges. Within 20 days of receiving the order, please contact us to see if you are eligible for an exchange. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please note that the shipping fee cannot be refunded and customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for exchanges.
Are there any discounts?
KINWAMONSTER sometimes will have discount codes; please check this post regarding current promotions.
SHIPPING: Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to the domestic United States using USPS shipping service.
We also ship to select international countries via DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS service. We do not ship to Brazil, the EU and the UK!
DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE guarantees 1-6 days global fulfillment for countries listed and includes global tracking! Please note that this estimated delivery does not include the time a package may be held up in international customs.
As of June 2021, Canada will be fulfilled via DHL Worldwide Express as well.
SHIPPING: When do you ship out?
KINWAMONSTER ships out Monday-Friday as orders come in. It is very important that you write the shipping address correctly so that the package will be delivered safely to its final destination. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to invalid shipping addresses.
Please note that US Holidays will impact this shipping schedule.

USA - 2-10 business days
INTERNATIONAL- 1-10 business days
Please note: The above is an estimation from third party delivery services. Also, if your order contains a preorder item, the order will be fulfilled once the preorder item arrives. Please read the product page carefully for expected time of fulfillment.
SHIPPING: Tracking number says the package was "delivered" but I never received my order.
Please note that KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for any packages lost in transit delivered through United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other third parties!
KINWAMONSTER cannot replace or offer a refund for lost orders.
Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced.
For international orders, please check first to see if USPS/DHL delivers to your country before ordering. If you suspect your package has been misplaced, please contact your local post office first because KINWAMONSTER does not have any jurisdiction outside of the United States.
INTERNATIONAL: I do not see my country listed for international fulfillment.
Please email KINWAMONSTER to request your country to be added to the international country list beacuse country rates are invidually approved via DHL!
Countries I cannot ship to: BRAZIL*, the EU** and UNITED KINGDOM***.
*KINWAMONSTER does not have the proper documentation needed to ship to BRAZIL using DHL.
**As of July 1st, 2021, KINWAMONSTER will not be shipping to the EU due to the new VAT policy.
***As of January 2021, I will not be shipping to United Kingdom due to new VAT policy.
INTERNATIONAL: Do I have to pay customs tax?
International customers are responsible for any customs tax fee incurred by their order. The fee will vary by package.
INTERNATIONAL: Why is DHL Worldwide Express so expensive?
DHL determines its international rates and these rates fluctuate due to air fuel cost and other factors.
KINWAMONSTER does offer a 15% off discount for international orders that total $80 and up!
ORDER: Where is my order confirmation email?
Make sure to have a valid email address with your order and check your spam folder for your order confirmation email.
Please email us at email@example.com with your full name and a list of the items ordered and we will resend an email confirmation to you!
I forgot to put my apartment number on my order!
Please make sure to put a valid complete shipping address when you order to ensure delivery to the final destination!
Please email the full correct shipping address to support@firstname.lastname@example.org! As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we can add the information for you on your order. We usually will try to reach out beforehand if the address looks incomplete!
I received my order but there was a mistake / I need to exchange an item!
Please email us immediately with your order number so we can assist you! We will do our best to quickly resolve the mistake!
The item I want is out of stock!
A restock will most likely be coming! To be personally notified first about restock, click on the out of stock item or size, and a pop up will appear on the side. Click on it, enter your email, and you will be the first to know when the item gets back in stock!

How do I wash and take care of the apparel?
For all my apparel, do not dry clean and do not bleach! For specifications, consult each product page for more instructions. Jackets and button-ups do come with apparel care tag information.
