» What is your size chart for apparel items?

The product page should have all information regarding sizing. Otherwise, please consult the sizing chart before ordering to ensure the best fit! Note that some items have specific sizing such as the Voodoo t-shirt and Toss Me a Bone button-up! 

» How do I wash and take care of the apparel?

The sizing chart also has apparel care guide! For all my apparel, do not dry clean and do not bleach! For specifications, consult the chart or each product page for more instructions.




» When are orders shipped out?

 KINWAMONSTER ships out almost every day as orders are received; if you need to make immediate changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. Orders made on after the 10:00pm CST cut off will be held and shipped on the next available shipping day.

» How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to COVID-19, expect shipping delays to all orders. Currently, KINWAMONSTER is limiting international fulfillment to Canada only. We apologize for any inconvenience!

CANADA - 6-30 business days

» Tracking number says the package was "delivered" but I never received it.

KINWAMONSTER is NOT liable for any lost packages delivered through United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other third parties. Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced.

For international orders, please check first to see if USPS delivers to your country before ordering. If you suspect your package has been misplaced, please contact your local post office first because KINWAMONSTER does not have any jurisdiction outside of the United States.

KINWAMONSTER cannot replace or offer a refund for lost orders.

» I already made an order with a preorder item in it and want to combine with another order. Can you do that?

Yes we can! If you are waiting on an order with preorder items, simply contact me through my store and I will accommodate you on how to add-on to an existing order. When all preorder items are available, we will fulfill your complete order.



» Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Currently, shipping is limited to Canada only! 

» How is the shipping fee calculated?

This store operates on United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class and Priority Mail rates; these rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order as well as which country the order is being delivered to. As of January 17th 2016, all shipping rates were increased by USPS.




» What is this store's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final.

Our return policy only applies to apparel items. Within 30 days of receiving the order, please contact us to see if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please note that the shipping fee cannot be refunded and customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for exchanges and returns.
