Thank you for visiting and shopping at KINWAMONSTER. The following are the teams and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. KINWAMONSTER has the right to amend this shipping policy at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final!
Our return policy only applies to apparel items for size exchanges for domestic (US) orders only. Within 20 days of receiving the order, please fill out the exchange form to see if you are eligible for an exchange. Enter your order number and email number associated with the order to see your eligibility.
➤Items must be in unwashed, unaltered and in the same bought condition and be neatly folded in original packaging when exchanged OR there will be a 10% surcharge of the item price added to the exchange shipping balance. Please note the KINWAMONSTER has to be able to resell the exchanged items.
➤Misprint, Last Chance and Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
➤If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date.
If the order has not been shipped and you want to exchange a size, we can edit the order prior to it being fulfilled.
If the order has been shipped already, we will need the item to be returned to us prior to the exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees regarding the exchange!
Order Fulfilment TimeLine and Preorder
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfilment times may be extended to an extra week or so (10-14 days). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please note that any orders with preorder items will be fulfilled once preorder items have arrived at a later date as stated usually on the product page at the time of purchase. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or telephone number associated with your order.
Free Shipping in Domestic USA / COUPON USAGE
KINWAMONSTER offers free shipping for all orders $110USD and up within the USA. Please use code "FREESHIP" at checkout to get free shipping. We no longer refund shipping for customers who forget to input the "FREESHIP" discount code at checkout. Please remember to input any valid discount codes you want to use at checkout.

Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included.
Please note: The above is an estimation from third party delivery services and does not include fulfilment time. Also, if your order contains a preorder item, the order will be fulfilled once the preorder item arrives. Please read the product page carefully for expected time of fulfillment. U.S holidays will impact the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to be updated by the shipping service.
Shipping Address Errors
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees if the shipping address you provided on your order is incorrect or missing information that causes the package to return to KINWAMONSTER. If you forgot to put correct information, please contact us immediately before the order is fulfilled so that we can change it!
Missing or Lost Packages
KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for missing or lost packages delivered through third party shipping services and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund for these orders. Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced and file an inquiry with the third party delivery service for any lost or stolen packages. Sometimes the package may be delivered to a neighbor or mistakenly scanned as delivered by the postal worker. KINWAMONSTER can only file a missing claim if the order was shipped via "Priority" service and if the order was lost in transit.
As of September 1st, 2022, KINWAMONSTER no longer ships internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
