Missing Package Inquiry
If you are a customer in the domestic United States and have a package inquiry, please note that KINWAMONSTER cannot file a claim until the USPS tracking status is marked as "DELIVERED". If the package is still in transit, we ask you be patient. If you did not the receive your package after it is marked as "delivered", please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and we will try to assist you the best we can. We cannot replace or refund orders that have been lost or stolen.
