Thank you for visiting and shopping at KINWAMONSTER. The following are the teams and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. KINWAMONSTER has the right to amend this shipping policy at any time.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are processed at a first-ordered, first-fulfilled basis and fulfillment times fluctuate and vary depending on order volume. During new releases and sales, please allow additional time for fulfillment.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to be updated by the shipping service.
It is your responsibility to check the USPS tracking number given to you via the shipment notification to ensure that the package is delivered at a timely manner.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order's shipping address is valid and correct. If any mistakes on the shipping address causes the package to Return To Sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be reshipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the shipping status of their order once tracking information has been emailed to them. And the customer is responsible for timely collection of the packages that have been delivered to the shipping address.
MISPLACED OR LOST ORDERS
KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for missing or lost packages delivered through third party shipping services and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund for these orders. Always contact your local USPS post office first to see if the package was misplaced. It is common for the package to arrive days after the tracking's delivery date. Unfortunately, USPS will not accept any insurance claims if the package was scanned as "Delivered".
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As of September 1st, 2022, KINWAMONSTER no longer ships internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate an exchange, please use our automated [EXCHANGE PORTAL] (https://shop.kinwamonster.com/apps/return_prime). Please allow 1-3 business days for the inquiry to be processed. By purchasing from KINWAMONSTER, you are accepting all policies.
RETURN WINDOW OF TIME |
You have 20 Days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange through the online return portal. After 20 Days, your order number will be invalid in the system for exchange requests.

RETURN CONDITION |
Only apparel items can be returned and/or exchanged. Apparel item(s) must be in unwashed, unaltered and in the same bought condition as received. Apparel must be neatly folded in original packaging when exchanged. If any of these conditions is not met, the customer is responsible and will be invoiced for exchange shipping postage. Note that all items must be resalable. Defect, Misprint and Clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange and refund. Please read the product description as it will state if the item is ineligible.

COST |
Shipping is complimentary both ways for exchanges only if return condition is met. You will receive a confirmation email with your complimentary return postage if your exchange request is approved. The exchange order will ship once we have received the returned item(s).

PRE-ORDERS |
Non-refundable Pre-order items with size variants may be exchanged for another size or returned for store credit if exchange is unavailable. |
LAST CHANCE/CLEARANCE |
Items labeled as last chance or clearance and misprint are ineligible for returns; if the item is apparel, it is eligible for size exchange of the same item only while inventory is available.

DEFECTIVE/MISTAKE |
If the item (apparel or non-apprael) is defective or incorrect, contact us within 20 days of the delivery date. If defective, the return condition still applies in order to exchange for a new item.

PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED |
Exchanges are only available to customers with proof of purchase which constitutes an order number and contact information associated with the order (example: purchase at a convention requires a receipt in order to be approved for exchange after the convention).

EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY
KINWAMONSTER unfortunately cannot guarantee product availability in terms of size variants. If we are unable to provide you with the exchange, we will discuss possible solutions and compensation!
EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME
Please drop off your return package to USPS using the complimentary postage within 7 days of your exchange inquiry being accepted.
The return package must be delivered back to KINWAMONSTER before your exchange item will be shipped out to you. Returns typically take 2-7 days to arrive back to KINWAMONSTER. Please allow 1-5 business days from your return's date of delivery for us to fulfill your exchange.
RETURN POSTAGE
KINWAMONSTER cannot exchange or refund the cost of goods in lost returns unless you use the complimentary return postage provided to you from the exchange portal. If you choose to use your own postage, it is your responsibility to ensure the return is safely delivered back to KINWAMONSTER.
