Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. KINWAMONSTER has the right to amend this shipping policy at any time.
Order Processing
We are a small team and we aim to get orders out as fast as possible! Thank you for your understanding!
Orders are processed at a first-ordered, first-fulfilled basis. Fulfillment times fluctuate and vary depending on order volume. During new releases and sales, please allow additional time for fulfillment.

Preorders
Preorders will not be fulfilled until preorder inventory is available. Preorders with non-preorder items will prevent the customer from completing purchase at checkout. Please purchase non preorder items separately from preorder items. Always check the product listing for information regarding when fulfillment will begin.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please check your promotions or spam folders. At this stage, please allow time for order processing and fulfillment.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification with tracking number information. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to be updated by the shipping service.
It is your responsibility to check the USPS tracking number given to you via the shipment notification to ensure that the package is delivered at a timely manner. KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included.
The above is an estimation from third party delivery services and does not include fulfillment time.
International Orders and Shipping (new)
We utilize DHL Worldwide Express and DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct for international delivery service.
Selecting DHL for international orders at checkout, duties and taxes are automatically calculated and collected prior to delivery (DDP - duties delivered paid) Customers are still responsible for any additional VAT, customs and import taxes that may apply at delivery. KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping fees if the package is denied and returned to sender.
We are currently unable to ship to the following countries.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Please contact KINWAMONSTER as soon as possible regarding cancellations or edits of your order. We are unable to edit the order once the order has been fulfilled and shipping confirmation has been issued.
Apparel and wearable items are only eligible for return/exchange. All other items are final sale with exception to incorrect orders and/or defective products. Please view our return policy for more information.
We are unable to do returns/exchanges for international orders.
Shipping Address Errors and Missing or Lost Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order's shipping address is valid and correct. If any mistakes on the shipping address causes the package to Return To Sender, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be reshipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the shipping status of their order once tracking information has been emailed to them. And the customer is responsible for timely collection of the packages that have been delivered to the shipping address.
KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for missing or lost packages delivered through third party shipping services and therefore cannot offer to replace or refund for these orders. We will try to help you file a claim. Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced. It is common for the package to arrive days after the tracking's delivery date. Unfortunately, USPS will not accept any claims if the package was scanned as "Delivered".
