DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

NO, we currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States.

HOW LONG IS ORDER FULFILLMENT?

Please allow 1-3 business days for fuflillment. During new releases and sales, please allow additional business days for fulfillment as we receive more orders than usual.

If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days, please email KINWAMONSTER at support@kinwamonster.com.

SHIPPING TIMES - WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

KINWAMONSTER ships using USPS. When you receive your tracking number confirmation, make sure to look up the status within 1 business day when USPS scans the shipment into their system.

USPS Priority shipments should arrive within 1-3 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage shipments should arrive within 1-6 business days.

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAID MY ORDER WAS "RETURNED TO SENDER." WHAT DO I DO?

If your order was returned to KINWAMONSTER due to a shipping address error, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again and providing an accurate shipping address for reshipment. Please email KINWAMONSTER to be invoiced accordingly.

TRACKING NUMBER SAYS THE PACKAGE WAS "DELIVERED" BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Please note that KINWAMONSTER is not responsible for any packages lost/stolen after the package is dropped off at USPS for shipment.

We cannot offer to replace or refund lost packages.

Always check with your local post office first to see if the package was misplaced. It is common for the package to arrive days after the tracking's delivery date.

Unfortunately, USPS will not accept any claims if the package was scanned as "Delivered".

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

Our exchange policy only applies to apparel items for size exchanges for domestic (US) orders only. Within 20 days of receiving the order, please initiate an exchange request using our [EXCHANGE PORTAL] to see if you are eligible for an exchange.

  • RETURN WINDOW: You have 20 Days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange through the online return portal.
  • RETURN CONDITION: Item(s) must be in unwashed, unaltered and in the same bought condition and be neatly folded in original packaging when exchanged OR there will be a 10% surcharge. Items must be resalable. 
  • COST: Shipping is complimentary both ways for exchanges. You will receive a confirmation email with your complimentary return postage if your exchange request is approved. The exchange order will ship once we have received the returned item(s). 
    For returns, the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping fee in order for us to issue a refund for the item.
  • REFUND: Refunds are only given after return is received. Refund excludes any shipping costs.
  • LAST CHANCE/MISPRINT: Misprint, Last Chance and Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • DEFECTIVE/MISTAKE: If the item (apparel or non-apparel) is defective or incorrect, you can also request an exchange inquiry via the exchange portal.

I NEED A SIZE EXCHANGE! HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Not a problem!
Please initiate an exchange request by visiting our [Exchange Portal]. You will need to enter your Order Number and email address to look up your order.

Please wait 1-2 business days while your exchange request is being processed. You will receive an automated email with instructions for your return package including the shipping conditions, and return postage if your inquiry is eligible.

 PROCESSING TIME: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Please drop off your return package to USPS using the complimentary postage within 7 days of your exchange inquiry being accepted.

The return package must be delivered back to KINWAMONSTER before your exchange item will be shipped out to you. Returns typically take 2-7 days to arrive back to KINWAMONSTER. Please allow 1-5 business days from your return's date of delivery for us to fulfill your exchange.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE LAST CHANCE AND MISPRINT ITEMS?

Any item labeled LAST CHANCE or CLEARANCE and MISPRINT is ineligible for returns. Apparel clearance/last chance items is eligible for size exchange only, if inventory is availabe.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THERE WAS A MISTAKE OR THERE WAS A DEFECTIVE ITEM!

We are sorry for the mistake!

You can also immediately request an exchange and upload photos through our [EXCHANGE PORTAL]. Please wait 1-2 days for the inquiry to process!

 WILL YOU RESTOCK OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?

KINWAMONSTER is a small business and most apparel items are short limited run. We usually restock best seller items. If the item is not marked as "LAST CHANCE", it will eventually be restocked!

CAN YOU HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT SIZE I SHOULD GET?

KINWAMONSTER's apparel items are usually oversized unisex fit!

HOW DO YOU WASH/CARE FOR THE APPAREL?

🧺 View the [Wash/Care Guide]. Rule of thumb for most of KINWAMONSTER apparel, wash cold, hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

CHECKOUT: WHY ISN'T MY PAYMENT GOING THROUGH?

If you do not receive a confirmation screen after submitting payment at checkout, please do not continue. This mostly means our merchant processor has declined your payment. We suggest using another credit/debit card or a different form of payment method. Any declined payments will return automatically to your account within a few business days.


If you have any concerns of whether or not a payment was received or declined, please [CONTACT US] with the amount of the transaction that was charged! We will be able to pull up the information on our dashboard and verify this information for you!

CHECKOUT: I WAS CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES BUT I DO NOT HAVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!

If you have any concerns of whether or not a payment was received or declined, please [CONTACT US] with the amount of the transaction that was charged! We will be able to pull up the information on our dashboard and verify this information for you!

I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AT CHECKOUT!

Not to worry! Contact Uswith your order number and we can edit your order with the size you request if the size variant is still in stock!

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL!

Please check your spam or promotions folders for a confirmation email.

If you did not receive one, please CONTACT US with your full name, email address, and items ordered and we will resend an email confirmation to you! 

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG AT CHECKOUT!

Please CONTACT US immediately with yourO rder Number! As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we can add the information for you on your order. We usually will try to reach out beforehand if the address looks incomplete!

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.

As long as the order has not been shipped, feel free to CONTACT US with your Order Number and we will cancel the order for you!

If for some reason, the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you will have to return the package before a refund can be issued.
